About

Why Profitable Ag?

I enjoy working with farmers and the no fuss approach to getting things done. That is why Profitable Ag is 100% focussed on providing strategic business advice to farming families, supporting them to be good at what they do and to be better off across generations.

How I Work With You

I aim to build lasting relationships with families by developing a thorough understanding of the goals and objectives of family members, in conjunction with current business practice, performance and existing ownership structures.

The objective is to ensure that management is focused on practical solutions for achieving goals and that plans implemented are simple, clear, and useful.

Challenging family farm businesses to step out of the short-term operational focus and decide what they want their business to look like in 5+, 10+, 20+ years.

The outcome will be the strategic plan, including systems and processes agreed to by all, which defines the direction for the business. This ensures the business is FIT- financially and for purpose applying the CARDIO approach (control, accountability, rigour, discipline, insight and objectivity) leading to improved performance and profit.
